Bringing over 18 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Top Producer, Bill will be creating the next chapter in his career to Swain County and Bryson City. Born in Pittsburgh Pa, Bill moved to Florida in 1987 to play college golf at Indian River State College and pursued a career in the Golf Industry. Vero Beach became home in 1990 working in the golf business, graduated from the PGA of America GPTP in 1999 and worked in the golf industry until 2004. Bill transitioned to the Real Estate industry in 2004. Vero Beach has been home ever since until his family's discovery of The Great Smokie Mountains in 2017. While on vacation, the Baysura family fell in love with the mountain lifestyle and Fontana Lake, thus purchasing their first property in the area later in 2017 and latest purchase of a lakefront home in 2020. Spending much of his free time in Bryson City, Bill felt it is only natural to do what he loves in a location he loves to live.
